TREATING MINORS:
I am trained and prepared to work with children.
If the child is younger than 18 years old, we will ask a parent or guardian to sit in on the treatment or give consent.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Your massage therapy records are kept in the strictest confidence by Tranquil Tymes LLC.
All client records are kept in a secure place and only myself can see a client’s file
for legitimate business or professional purposes.
Your records will not be released to third parties, including health care providers
and insurance companies without your written consent.
Records may be surrendered if required by law.

CONDUCT:
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, touching of a massage therapist
in an inappropriate way, will result in the termination of the massage session
and the client will not be allowed to return for further massages.
Our full fee will be expected.

PAYMENT:
We accept cash, personal checks, venmo, and credit & debit cards
Tranquil Tymes LLC is an out of network provider, this means you don’t need a referral from a doctor to work with us!
Although we do not bill medical insurance directly, you are welcome to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
We will provide you with an itemized receipt for your records.
