Swedish
Therapeutic Swedish massage generally incorporates five or more age-old techniques to bring about relaxation and get rid of stress. Five of these techniques are effleurage (light touch), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (compression), and vibration. Our skilled therapists customize these techniques to target problematic areas for each client.

Deep Tissue
This style of massage is a more intensive form of therapy that reaches the underlying layers of muscle tissue and fascia. It releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on contracted areas. The technique is a full body massage, however it focuses special attention on the muscle groups and areas that you specify need to be massaged the most. Often its the neck, back and/or shoulders which are the main culprits when it comes to knots, tension and stress! After having deep tissue massage you will feel better than ever.

Prental
Just what your body ordered. Massage during pregnancy feels wonderful. In addition, there are plenty of medical benefits, including stress relief on weight-bearing joints, such as ankles and the low back. It also reduces swelling in the hands and feet. You must be beyond your first trimester (13 weeks) in order to have prenatal massage.

Sports
A special form of massage that is typically used before, during, and after athletic events. The purpose of the massage is to prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries.
